Sometimes things are so beautiful they are indescribable and can’t be put into words.
That’s the music of Godspeed You! Black Emperor. By far, the most haunting and beautiful music you will ever hear. Also, no other band or even music group reaches the heights this band gets to. They can play ever so soft, then increase in unbelievable crescendos, into soaring sections.
This is the band's third alum, and also their most epic. 4 tracks, all spanning over 15 minutes in length. Each piece is divided into movements, which vary in time. Each piece segues well into the next piece.
I can rave endlessly about this band and still wont be able to describe its amazing music and styles. Godspeed You Black Emperor is one of the most unique bands out there and they NEED to be heard.
