I love this CD!!!! The only thing that prevents me from giving the Italian trio's 6-song gem, a five star rating, is the second track "La Fin Absolue du Monde" is a bit too choppy and halting for my tastes. Other than that, I can find no flaws….these guys are tight. The band is comprised of guitarist/songwriter Fabio La Manna, drummer Andy O. Monge and vocal phenom Irene Mondino. La Manna's outstanding guitar work flows seamlessly from symphonic/melodic to haunting to powerful. However it's Mondino's powerful and passionate vocals that really grabbed me. It's so nice to hear a female-fronted Prog Metal outfit that isn't a Nightwish clone, no over powering double bass drum, no over the top operatic wailing…just superb Floyd/Rush/Queensryche influenced music. 4.8 out of 5 stars!!!!
